Alana AI - Specific Terms
Alana AI is an AI chatbot service that provides personalized guidance to help you understand your soulprint. By using Alana AI, you understand and agree to the following:
•Nature of AI Service: Alana AI uses artificial intelligence technology. Responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
•Not a Substitute for Professional Advice: Alana AI provides general guidance for personal development and is not intended to replace professional counseling, psychological therapy, medical advice, or professional mental health services.
•Responsible Use: You are responsible for decisions you make based on interactions with Alana AI. We encourage you to use personal judgment and consult qualified professionals for serious matters.
•Conversation Privacy: While we protect your privacy according to our Privacy Policy, you should avoid sharing highly sensitive or confidential information that could harm you if disclosed.
Intellectual Property
All content and intellectual property are owned by Alana Wina Trudi, unless stated otherwise.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal / non-commercial purposes, under these Terms.
You may not redistribute, modify, decompile, sell, or exploit the Service's content without written permission.
Account & User Responsibility
If you register for an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials (username/password).

Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied (e.g. fitness for a purpose, safety, error-free operation).
Alana Wina Trudi is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, service disruption, or consequences arising from use of the Services.
You use the Services at your own risk.
Modifications & Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Services (in whole or part) at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect once published.
Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Termination & Account Suspension
We have the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate the Terms, without compensation.
Upon termination, your license to use Services ends; you must stop all use of the Services.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
Disputes will first be resolved amicably; if unsuccessful, legal resolution will be pursued in Indonesian courts.
